What do you mean I havent posted for ages? That is absurd! I mean, look, I must have posted no less than a week ago- oh okay then ….maybe not.

Time goes so bloody fast when you’re not having fun!

Well, well, well…. been a while hasn’t it? I don’t think anything important or life-changing has happened since I last posted, but I didn’t even check when that date was and maybe something of that very nature will happen while I am writing this bloggy wog, doubt it. I have a big stack of things here in my brainbox which I would like to talk about, but I don’t have sufficient time, or patience, to type for that long. This post will probably resemble what you may hear while flicking channels on the telly or something, or me shouting statements at you, like: I AM GOING TO SEE SIMON AMSTELL DO STAND-UP IN A FEW WEEKS! (this is true) Anyway, it seems I could write pages just introducing the blog post, then run out of time to actually write anything else, so… erm….here we go!

I think I may have overdosed on russell brand show podcasts today, or over the last few weeks. I think I may be addicted to him, his wonderous show that gets me through long car journeys to wales and twice-weekly visits to the gym- and also, if I can be arsed, walks home from school(listening on the ol’ mp3). I am actually now, at this moment, downloading a podcast, or I will be, when MU decides to WORK PROPERLY! But I love ol’ Russ so fecking much

 Oh and lets not forget Mafoooooo morgan! He is awesome too, him and russ together are BETTER THAN BEAUTIFUL THEY’RE BEAUTIUS! (luvooo Rich fulcher=] ) Yeah, I am craving some Russ/Matt s/ash fic -somebody who is not shit at writing (ie. me) PLEEEEEEASE write some fic an I will love you forever.

Oh gawd, now I’m getting all distracted by thoughts of russ/matt fic. I can’t carry on with this now, I will have to go off hunting for some to feed my obsessive shipping of the OBVIOUSLY IN LOVE mafooooo and russell!

Ahhh… just a quick one then!

I’m going to have to make this quick because Dad is telling me to get off this now. I watched the Choir: Boys don’t Sing (I think that’s what the programme was called anuyway.) That guy, Gareth whatshisname(?)…he looks so much like David Tennant it is insane! Seriously, they are both made of teh pretty, methinks.

Anyway, I feel a bit achy and tired, as I got back from my ski holiday (Kitzbihul in Austria) which was great:-) I ate lots of food, but did a fair bit of skiing too, so that burned it all off (not that I really care about the whole calorie thing) Yeah, so I’m back, qith milka chocolate and a really nice red hat! (I love hats!)

I’d better go now, much more to talk about but if I had too much time I’d ramble on all night!

I’m so easily distracted!

I got home from school today (half term, oh yeah!) intending to post to this blog as soon as I got on my laptop. But no, it is now 21:37 and I actually don’t kniow what the hell I’ve done all that time! I finished watching The Mighty Boosh Live on youtube, which was awesome may I add, then the hours just…went.

Ah well, I havent had the best of starts with this blog anyway, I think posting everyday is too much to ask for me, not that I don’t have the time, I’m just a bit lazy and forgetful.

Right, I’m sorry about my last, slightly disjointed and random post, I need to get used to writing a proper blog, not just random squeeing, moaning and too many exclamation marks.

Right, now all that’s cleared up, what have I done today? Well, lets just skip the school bit, okay I’m currently worrying about the amount of coursework I have to do over the half term holiday, I’m not going to go into it, because thats just boring and you probably don’t give a shit about my work. Anyway, I’ve decided to read more, because being the mature person that I am, I thought it could help me with improving my writing in general, amongst other things such as it being fun. I’m also going to start reading newspapers, I try to get as much info as I can about news and current events through other means, the BBC website for example. However, I rarely get much but the headlines, I need to get up to speed with everthing news-wise, so I have something to talk about on this blog! Not only that, I think that it is important for people my age especially to know what’s going on in the world. I was thinking about which paper to get thoiugh, because I might alternate between The Gaurdian and The Independant, unless I find anything else.

I’m listening to Xfm on my lovely DAB radio, actually I’d better change it over in a sec, I’m becoming a regular listener of radio 5 live with Steven Nolan, it depends on the topic of debate, but usually it is really interesting. Hold on….

Okay, got to cut this one short unfortunatly, the TV is calling

Well I did say that I would post everyday and, well I did! yeah, yesterday just didn’t happen…of course! Okay, I’m going to make sure that I post everyday, I don’t know why, it just means I have more posts I suppose. Right, forget about that, I hit a bit of a metaphorical brick wall there, or not as the case may be….it’s Friday! yes!

Now all that is out of the way, lets get on with the actual post.

I was just having a look at <a href=”http://www.schools-out.org.uk/” mce_href=”http://www.schools-out.org.uk/” target=”_blank”>Schools Out</a>’s blog and found an article from the Daily Mail- <a href=”http://www.dailymail.co.uk/pages/live/articles/columnists/dailymail.html?in_article_id=512315&in_page_id=1790&in_author_id=322” target=”_blank”>’Now they want to ban Mums and Dads’</a>. Yeah, I know it is to be expected, I mean we’re talking about the Daily Mail, but Richard Littlejohn really pisses me off. He completely blows the whole thing out of proportion, if only there was more about same-sex relationships on the SE curriculum, then we wouldn’t have kids growing up to be so homophobic, like him. I could go on.

 I think I’ll move on from that now. I want to talk about more important things than artic les from the Mal that are obviously ggoing to piss me off. Anway, I think this’ll be one of my shorter posts, as I’ve got an essay to get done tonight, for English. I keep putting it off, but tonight I’m actually going to DO it, I promise . I have to write about ‘The Crucible’ by Authu Miller, which is actually quite a good play, I preferred the ending in the film version though, it almost made me cry! Yeah, so I’ve got an interesting night ahead, writing essays, but I want to get as much done as I can because I’l be out most of the day on Sunday and I know I probably get distracted by other stuff on Saturday. Urgh, my keyboard is being so annoying at the moment! sorry, but seeing as I’m doing quite a lot of typing, that is to be expected…I’ll just go back and edit after.

So, I’ve heard that the Beeb are axing Grange Hill, which I would probably be really sad about if I’d ever watched it, I wish I had bothered now. I used to watch other programmes on the telly, but I know many people who used to watch it as kids will miss it. In my last post I meantioned I was going to watch Torchwood, well I did and it was as amazing as ever! The episode was called ‘Meat’ I won’t give too much away just incase (if there is anyone actually reading this blog) someone has yet to watch it.

That reminds me, I have to do a presentation in English next week, a ’speaking and listening’ task about an interest you have, something you feel passionate about; like an issue/hobby/place/person? Well I thought, I know, I’ll do LGBT issues, but decided against it becauseI’m so nervous about speaking in class anyway- talking about sexuality wouldn’t be such a good idea. So I’ve chosen to do Torchwood I’m going to make a owerpoint about it and write a really mind-blowingly fantastic speech, yes I am! I’m going to aim to beat the C I got for the last speaking and listening task we did.

I wanted to talk about the US elections now, but I have to get on wit my essay/presentation. Oh wel, I’ll be posting again tomrrow

And so it begins!

Hello and Welcome to my blog!

Seeing as I spend so much time floating around the internet, not really doing anything and endlessly signing up for anything from forums to survey sites, so I thought I should use my time more wisely and be more productive. This is where the blog comes in, I’m not a complete beginner with the whole blogging thing, I’ve abandoned countless blogs, which barely have a couple of short posts,but THIS blog I’m going to keep going-I want to post every day, hopefully!

I’ve got LJ, myspace, bebo and facebook, but even though they all have ‘blog’ parts to them, I want this to be THE blog, ecause atm I find myself wanting to update all of my online profiles and I just cant manage them all! I think I’ll keep LJ for al my fandom-related stuff though, so with this blog I can leave all my fangirl-ish squeeing etc. at the door. But seriously, I’m going to do this properly and write proper blog entries with interesting topics, links and pictures. I can assure you that I won’t be conforming to the stereotype of people my age, for example I’m not going to write in txt speak or Type.Like.This. OR LYk DiS, that’s jut stupid and makes you look like an idiot.

Also, as I’m an arty person, I’ll be posting links of my art (on DevintART), my poems and fanfiction might make an appearance once in a while too:-) I’m currently doing an Art GCSE as one of my options, so I’ll be including som of my final pieces, I’m working on one now actually, on a big canvas.

 So, its wednesday, middle of the week, nothing too interesting has happened so far. Torchwood is on tonight at 9pm, I’m looking forward to that as usual, its just so different to DoctorWho. Don’t get me wriong I love Doctor Who more, but I like the more ‘adult’ themes in Torchwood. I’m still wondering what the cut-down kiddie ersion of Torchwood is like. This is mostly because I’ll be a little pissed off if they cut the same-sex kissing etc….but leave in the hetro tuff. I doubt they’ll do that though, they’re justtoo awesome!

 I think one of my new years resolutions was o stop aying ‘awesome’ so much, oh well. A few days after new year, I decided to write down ALL the new years resolutions I coud think of, there must’ve been about 30! Most of them were unrealistic goals, that I know will not take a year to achieve, but I wrote them down anyway.

I’m listening to Xfm at the moment, I love th music they play and I usually listen to the breakfast show with alex. But the BEST radio show in the world is The Geoff Show! its on Virgin and is just awesome fantastic! I also like the comedy on late night BBC7 radio and I sometimes listen to 5 live with ….I think its Steve Nolan or something.

I’d better finish this up in a bit, Torchwood’s on at 9! So I’ll be back tomorrow, see ya!
